βββββ **Exceptional Customer Service from Arthur Ward!** I want to take a moment to recognize **Arthur** at the **Hyatt Regency Lake Washington** for providing truly exceptional customer service. I recently contacted the hotel regarding a reservation for a guest pastor who will be visiting **New Beginnings Christian Fellowship Church**, and Arthur was absolutely amazing from start to finish. His pleasant and professional demeanor over the phone immediately made the experience enjoyable. He was patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, he was able to get everything I needed taken care of in that moment. When coordinating travel and accommodations for our visiting guests, having someone who is responsive, efficient, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service makes such a tremendous difference. Arthur went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly, and I truly appreciate the care and professionalism he demonstrated. His customer service is a wonderful reflection of the high standards of the **Hyatt Regency Lake Washington**. We are definitely looking forward to continuing our business relationship with the hotel because of the incre

My room was a tad small for the rate Hyatt charges. There's A lounger couch but no guess chair. And no desk or workstation. Just a narrow work surface against a wall. Not much space if you need to spread out paperwork. Otherwise, room was comfortable and quiet. The parking garage was a good walk from the lobby. Security seemed good. I felt reasonably safe, even late at night. You'll need your room key-card in order to get into the elevator to go up to the guest rooms. You'll need to give them your license plate number at check-in so you can automatically get put of the garage. It works on a camera recognition system. It's kind of tricky driving to the hotel as it's situated behind the Boeing factory, right on he lake. Bur once you're acclimated, it isn't too bad getting around. The garage also is a public paid parking lot. O if there's an event going in, it might be somewhat of a challenge finding a space close to the hotel's entrance. Also you need to walk out a ways outside to get to the lobby. Service has been friendly and reasonably fast. There are excellent restaurants on premise, but be ready to she'll out big money. But hey, you get what you pay for! But there are plenty of

The hotel overall is very nice. Staff was helpful when needed. The overall hotel was very clean and inviting. The elevators are unique compared to any other hotel that I've stayed in. Choosing your floor outside the elevator area. Seemed to me difficult for some users.

Where do I even begin? Although we didn't stay at the hotel, dining in was an absolute delight! The service was top-notch, and I haven't had food this good in a while. The beautiful view complemented the delicious meal perfectly. I ordered the Eggs Benedict, and let me tell you, it just melts in your mouthβit was heavenly! I can't wait to visit this place again, and I might even consider staying overnight to experience the hotel as well. From what I saw, it looks amazing! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a fantastic meal and a stunning atmosphere!
